Upgrade options available:
- Supra LockBox: This is the secure electronic lockbox that Realtors use to get access to a home. We have them available to rent for the term of the listing, for an additional $40 ($389 total). This allows you to set up secure showings to a Realtor and not be present.
- ShowingTime: This service, in conjunction with the Supra LockBox, allows agents to set up a showing online – you receive a text or email, and can confirm or deny the showing without having to talk to every Realtor that calls. Additional $50 (requires the Supra LockBox for a total cost of $439).
Payments are handled through PayPal. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or your PayPal account. Upon receipt of payment, we will contact you for your preferred method of receiving the paperwork. You can receive the paperwork by email, fax, or regular mail, or we can bring it to you – your choice. Once we receive the completed paperwork, your listing will be on the Multiple Listing Service within 24 hours. (If you are requesting a specific MLSCO agent, please put their name in PayPal instructions).
